  4. This is a wonderful list, and compiles so beautifully with the evolving list being included. I may try doing something similar. I would love to look back and see my list in motion, so to speak.

    1. Toady - The evolving list is definitely fun to look back on. I never meant to read so much Trollope, but fell in love with his Barsetshire novels. Have a feeling I'll be adding all six of the Pallisers soon!

  5. Hey JoAnn! This is Jillian from The Classics Club. I just wanted to let you know a few of us are participating in a reading event for Testament of Youth in June, if you want to participate. We're coming up on the 100th anniversary June 15, 2018, and we couldn't let it pass. It's a very quiet thing -- mostly just us reading together -- but if you are interested in participating you're most welcome! Here's the information. :)

  6. JoAnn, I'm not in The Classic Club, for it sounds daunting, as I'm a slow reader. However, I love going through your lists of read and TBR! There are many that I want to read too. My question is: where do you find all these books? From your library, or buy them or...? - Arti

    1. Hi Arti - Many of the classics I read are ebooks available free on amazon. If there isn't a free edition, there is usually one for just a few dollars. When I buy the ebook from amazon, that usually reduces the price of the audio version, too. My library also has an excellent selection of classics that I borrow via overdrive.
